Platinum Rewards and Business Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. This user agreement (“Agreement”) is provided by The Financial Institution to govern the use of the Financial Institution’s Platinum Rewards and Business Rewards Program (“the Program”). Services provided by the Program are additionally governed by any other separate agreement(s) Cardholder may have with the Financial Institution or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, including but not limited to, the Rules and Regulations of the Financial Institution and any amendments or changes made to this Agreement. By enrolling in the Program, Cardholder agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

  • Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements The Borrower shall make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP and the RP.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO.   • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with Employer policies and available resources. 9.2 Attendance at employer-required training will be considered time worked. The Employer will make reasonable attempts to schedule employer-required training during an employee’s regular work shift. The Employer will pay the registration and associated travel costs in accordance with Article 23, Travel, for employer-required training.
