Common use of Pledged Collateral and Mortgaged Property Clause in Contracts

Pledged Collateral and Mortgaged Property. As of the date hereof, all information set forth herein, including the schedules hereto, and all information contained in any documents, schedules and lists heretofore delivered to any Secured Party, including the Perfection Certificate and the schedules thereto, in connection with this Agreement, in each case, relating to the Pledged Collateral and Mortgaged Property, is accurate and complete in all material respects. As of the date hereof, the Pledged Collateral and Mortgaged Property described on the schedules to the Perfection Certificate constitutes all of the property of such type of Pledged Collateral and Mortgaged Property owned or held by the Pledgors, as of the date such information is dated or certified, or is required to have been delivered.
