Common use of Pledged Property Clause in Contracts

Pledged Property. The Administrative Agent shall have received: (a) the Pledge Agreement duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and each Guarantor; and (b) original certificates evidencing all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock and other Equity Interests issued by any Loan Party or Shell Subsidiary, which certificates shall be accompanied by undated stock and other powers duly executed in blank by each relevant pledgor.

Pledged Property. The Administrative Agent shall have received: (a) the Pledge Agreement duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and the Subsidiary Guarantors, pursuant to which each Guarantor; andof those entities shall pledge all of the Equity Interests in each of their respective Subsidiaries; (b) original certificates evidencing all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock and other Equity Interests issued by any Loan Party or Shell Subsidiaryrequired to be pledged pursuant to the terms of the Pledge Agreement, which certificates shall be accompanied by undated stock and other powers duly executed in blank by each relevant pledgor.

The Administrative Agent shall have received: (a) the Pledge Agreement duly executed by an Authorized Officer of each applicable Loan Party, pursuant to which each of those entities shall pledge all of the Borrower and Equity Interests in each Guarantor; andof their respective Subsidiaries; (b) original certificates evidencing all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock and other Equity Interests issued by any Loan Party or Shell Subsidiaryrequired to be pledged pursuant to the terms of the Pledge Agreement, which certificates shall be accompanied by undated stock and other powers duly executed in blank by each relevant pledgor.

The Administrative Agent shall have received: (a) the Pledge Agreement Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and each GuarantorW▇▇▇▇ TRS; and (b) original certificates evidencing all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock and other Equity Interests issued by any Loan Party or Shell Subsidiaryrequired to be pledged pursuant to the terms of the Pledge Agreement, which certificates shall be accompanied by undated stock and other powers duly executed in blank by each relevant pledgor.

The Administrative Agent shall have received: (a) the Pledge Agreement Agreements, dated as of the Closing Date, duly executed by an Authorized Officer of each relevant Pledgor (as defined in the Borrower and each Guarantorrespective Pledge Agreement); and (b) the original certificates evidencing all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock and other Equity Interests issued by any Loan Party or Shell Subsidiaryrequired to be pledged pursuant to the terms of the Pledge Agreements, which certificates shall be accompanied by undated stock and other powers duly executed in blank by each relevant pledgorPledgor (as defined in the respective Pledge Agreement).
