Common use of Pledged Stock; Stock Powers Clause in Contracts

Pledged Stock; Stock Powers. The Agent shall have received the certificates representing the shares of Capital Stock pledged pursuant to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, together with an undated stock power for each such certificate executed in blank by a duly authorized officer of the pledgor thereof.

Pledged Stock; Stock Powers. The Administrative Agent shall have received the stock certificates representing the shares for each share of Capital Stock pledged pursuant to the Guarantee and Collateral Security Agreement, together with an a blank undated stock power for each such certificate executed in blank signed by a duly authorized officer of the pledgor thereofof such certificate.

The Agent shall have received the (i) certificates representing the shares of Capital Stock stock pledged pursuant to the Guarantee and Collateral CORE Pledge Agreement, together with an undated stock power executed in blank for each such certificate and (ii) the Issuer's Consent attached to the CORE Pledge Agreement, executed in blank and delivered by a duly authorized officer of the pledgor thereofrelevant issuer.

The Agent shall have received the (A) certificates representing the shares of Capital Stock stock pledged pursuant to the Guarantee and Collateral each Pledge Agreement, together with an undated stock power executed in blank for each such certificate certificate, and (B) the Acknowledgments and Consents attached as exhibits to each Pledge Agreement, in each case executed in blank and delivered by a duly authorized officer of the pledgor thereofrelevant issuer.
