Common use of Plugging and Abandonment Clause in Contracts

Plugging and Abandonment. Except for ▇▇▇▇▇ listed in Schedule 4.10 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, there are no dry holes, or shut in or otherwise inactive ▇▇▇▇▇, drilled by Seller, or to Seller’s Knowledge, any other party, located on the Oil and Gas Properties or on lands pooled or unitized therewith, except for ▇▇▇▇▇ that have been plugged and abandoned, and except for ▇▇▇▇▇ drilled to depths not included within the Oil and Gas Properties or within units in which the Oil and Gas Properties participate which have never been completed in such depths.
