Plugging Obligations Sample Clauses

Plugging Obligations. Except for ▇▇▇▇▇ listed in Schedule 5.14, there are no dry holes, shut in, or otherwise inactive ▇▇▇▇▇, located on the Assets or lands pooled, communitized, or unitized therewith that Seller has either the obligation to plug and abandon in accordance with an applicable operating agreement or Law or as to ▇▇▇▇▇ for which Seller is not the operator, received a written proposal to plug and abandon.

Plugging Obligations. To Seller’s Knowledge, except for ▇▇▇▇▇ listed on Schedule 4.1(q) and except for ▇▇▇▇▇ that, to Seller’s Knowledge, have been properly plugged and abandoned or that Seller is not currently obligated to plug or abandon, there are no dry holes, shut in ▇▇▇▇▇ or otherwise inactive ▇▇▇▇▇ that are located on the Properties or on lands pooled or unitized therewith.

Plugging Obligations. Except for ▇▇▇▇▇ listed on Schedule 3(a)(x) of the Disclosure Schedule, there are no dry holes, or shut in or otherwise inactive ▇▇▇▇▇, located on the Oil and Gas Properties or on lands pooled or unitized therewith, except for ▇▇▇▇▇ that to Seller’s Knowledge have been properly plugged and abandoned.

Plugging Obligations. There are no ▇▇▇▇▇ located on the Leases that: (i) Seller is currently obligated by law or contract to plug and abandon; or (ii) to the knowledge of Seller have been plugged and abandoned in a manner not in substantial compliance with all applicable requirements of regulatory authority having jurisdiction thereof.

Plugging Obligations. Except for wells listed on EXHIBIT 4.13 which includes shut in wells waiting for ▇▇▇▇line connections, there are no dry holes, or sh▇▇ ▇▇ or otherwise inactive wells, saltwater dispos▇▇ ▇▇lls, or producing wells not listed in the Reserve Report located on ▇▇▇ Oil and Gas Pro▇▇▇▇▇es or on lands pooled or unitized therewith, except for wells that have been properly plugged and abandoned.

Plugging Obligations. There are no ▇▇▇▇▇ included in the Assets in respect of which Seller or any of its Affiliates have received an unresolved order or demand from any Governmental Authority requiring that such ▇▇▇▇▇ be plugged and abandoned, and, except as set forth on Schedule 6.19, to Seller’s Knowledge there are no ▇▇▇▇▇ required, as of the Effective Time, to be plugged pursuant to applicable Laws.

Plugging Obligations. To the best knowledge of such Seller, there are no dry holes or shut-in or otherwise inactive ▇▇▇▇▇, located on the Properties on lands pooled or unitized therewith that have not been properly plugged and abandoned in accordance with all applicable law.

Plugging Obligations. There are no dry holes, or shut in or otherwise inactive ▇▇▇▇▇, located on the Assets or lands pooled or unitized therewith that Seller has the obligation to plug and abandon and for which Seller has received notification from the operator of its desire to abandon the well. There are no ▇▇▇▇▇ that: (a) Seller has received an order from any Governmental Authority requiring such well be plugged and abandoned, (b) to Seller's knowledge as a non-operator have been plugged and abandoned but have not been plugged in accordance with all applicable requirements for each Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Assets, and (c) to Seller’s knowledge as a non-operator, there have been no claims for cessation of production and there have been no conditions that would give rise to a valid claim of termination of a Lease in connection with such cessation of production.

Plugging Obligations. Seller has not been notified by any governmental agency requiring that it plug and abandon any well located on the Subject Interests.
