Plurals Clause Samples
The Plurals clause defines how plural and singular terms are interpreted within a contract. It typically states that words in the singular include the plural and vice versa, ensuring that references to one or more items are covered by the same term. This clause prevents ambiguity and ensures that the contract's provisions apply consistently, regardless of whether a term is used in its singular or plural form.
