POI Thresholds. a. When the total volume of traffic exchanged between the Parties at a CenturyLink End Office exceeds 200,000 MOU per month, or the one-way traffic from either Party exceeds 100,000 MOU per month, Carrier for the mutual exchange of traffic within thirty (30) Days of when the traffic exceeds the MOU per month threshold. In situations where CenturyLi Remote End Offices, any traffic from Remote End Offices will be included in the MOU determination of the traffic from the host End Office. b.
