Common use of Point of Delivery Clause in Contracts

Point of Delivery. The Cooperative shall install all wiring up to the point of delivery. Weatherheads, masts, electrical wiring within weatherheads and electrical wiring past the point of delivery are the consumer’s responsibility. When services require current transformers for metering, it shall be the responsibility of the consumer to supply and install such apparatus. Only the Cooperative may wire or connect from the load side of the current transformers to the meter base.
