Points Accruals. 29.4.1 The Bank may vary the maximum Points limit a Customer can earn in any given calendar at any time by giving 30 days ‘notice, at its sole discretion and without incurring any responsibility or liability to cardholders/third parties. 29.4.2 The Points are payable at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other points at the time of redemption, unless otherwise specifically notified to the Customer by the Bank. 29.4.3 The Bank reserves the right to change the value of the Points from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice to the Customer. 29.4.4 The Customer’s credit card must not be overdue, suspended, blocked, cancelled or terminated by the Bank in order to earn Points or request for redemption of Points. 29.4.5 If the Customer’s credit card is overdue, suspended, blocked, cancelled or terminated for any reason whatsoever, the Points earned shall stand forfeited and may only be reinstated at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank. 29.4.6 In the event of any reversal of transactions for which the Customer was awarded Points, the Bank shall reverse the Points at the rate at which they were awarded.

Points Accruals. 6.1 Points can be earned by you in accordance to the Terms and Conditions when you make a qualifying purchase of goods and/or services from Qualified Retailers in Participating Malls. 6.2 To be eligible to earn Points for a qualifying purchase, your receipt amount and details must be registered through the in-store devices placed at the cashier counters at Qualified Retailers’ Shops in Participating Malls on the day of purchase; or by such other means as determined by us from time to time in our sole discretion. 6.3 The criteria for qualifying purchases and the Points earn rate for qualifying purchases shall be determined by us at our sole discretion and may vary as between Participating Malls and as between Qualified Retailers in Participating Malls. 6.4 We may reject any Receipt as being invalid at our sole discretion, and any such decisions by us shall be considered final, conclusive and binding upon you. 6.5 We may cancel and/or delete and/or otherwise deduct Points that have already been credited into your Account in our absolute discretion. 6.6 Points accrued in your Account remain our property. Points do not entitle a member to a vested right or interest and have no cash value. Points are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable or assignable for any reason or any purpose. Points are also not transferable between Accounts. The sale, auction (including online auction), barter, transfer or assignment of any accumulated Points is strictly prohibited, and any Points which we deem in our sole discretion to have been transferred, sold, auctioned, bartered or assigned in violation of these Terms and Conditions may be confiscated and/or cancelled. 6.7 Points in your Account are voided upon cancellation or termination of your Membership, howsoever caused. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be entitled to any compensation in respect of any Points which are voided. 6.8 You may check the number of Points that you have at the customer service counters located in Participating Malls, via our Junction V-aap mobile application, or via such other means as determined by us from time to time in our sole discretion.

Related to Points Accruals

  • Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached. When an employee’s vacation reaches the maximum level, and if the employee has been denied vacation during the twelve (12) months, the employee will be paid for the time denied but no more than eighty (80) hours in a pay period. 80 hours 320 hours 120 hours 480 hours 160 hours 640 hours 180 hours 720 hours 200 hours 800 hours 240 hours 960 hours

  • Annual Leave Accrual If an employee leaves State Classified employment and is later rehired, he/she shall accrue annual leave at the same rate as a new hire. However, once a rehired employee has been in pay status for five (5) years, all previous service time shall be credited for annual leave accrual. The only exception shall be for employees rehired who repay severance pay received.

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.

  • Vacation Accrual Rates Laid off employees who are re-employed shall have the vacation accrual rate they held immediately prior to layoff restored.

  • Catch-Up Contributions In the case of a Traditional IRA Owner who is age 50 or older by the close of the taxable year, the annual cash contribution limit is increased by $1,000 for any taxable year beginning in 2006 and years thereafter.
