Points of Contacts. The Contractor shall provide a POC to serve as the Contractor Project Manager. The Contractor shall additionally detail which personnel are authorized to communicate directly with USACE. These individuals shall be identified in the Work Plan. The USACE Project Manager will serve as the Contractor’s technical point of contact (POC) for the contract. USACE NAU Contracting section will serve as the contract point of contact.
