Common use of Points of Presence Clause in Contracts

Points of Presence. The Customer agrees that eNetworks may use a fibre node installed at The Customer for the provision of services as a Point of Presence (PoP), in order to further the network reach. This means that further onward links may flow out of the same PoP. Roof Access may be used to provision an alternate fail-over path to the nearest eNetworks PoP or may be used to further extend the network reach.
