Pole, Duct, and Conduit Space Assignments. 19.2.1 After Attaching Party’s application for a pole attachment or conduit occupancy permit has been approved by SBC-13STATE, the pole, duct, and conduit space selected and/or approved by SBC- 13STATE in such application will be assigned to Attaching Party for a pre-occupancy period not to exceed twelve (12) months.
