Policies and Bylaws. Alberta Health Services is established and governed by a range of documents including legislation, bylaws, guidelines, directives and policies. Clinical policies of the applicable former regional health authority remain in effect until replaced by equivalent AHS Policies. The AHS Policies applying specifically to the contracted Operator are listed and briefly explained below. The Operator must, at a minimum, be familiar with the governance documents listed and must comply, or develop policies that are consistent with, the requirements contained therein. AHS shall provide the Operator with the AHS Policies, and amendments to AHS Policies, electronically. The AHS Policies provided by AHS constitute part of this Agreement.
Policies and Bylaws. Resident/Fellow shall abide by the policies, rules and regulations of TTUHSC and the applicable Medical Staff Bylaws, policies and procedures of the affiliated hospital(s) to which he/she is assigned. Resident/Fellow shall participate in all educational and training activities and shall perform all services required as a Resident/Fellow. Resident/Fellow shall conduct himself/herself as a member of the professional team. Personal appearance and hygiene should always be appropriate to the circumstances.

The terms of the GME Policies and Procedures, the TTUHSCEP Operating Policies and Procedures (available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/opp/op.aspx), and the Texas Tech University System Regents’ Rules (available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/board-of-regents/regents-rules.php), as may be amended from time to time, shall govern any and all terms and conditions of employment not specifically addressed in this Agreement, including accommodations for Resident/Fellow’s with disabilities and sexual and other forms of harassment.
