Common use of Policies and Coverage Clause in Contracts

Policies and Coverage. (1) The City shall obtain and maintain the following policies and coverage: (i) Comprehensive or Commercial Form General Liability Insurance, on an occurrence basis, covering Work done or to be done by or on behalf of the City and providing insurance for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage (2) The City also may be required to obtain and maintain the following policies and coverage: (i) Other Insurance by agreement between the Trustees and the City.
