Common use of Policies and Procedure Clause in Contracts

Policies and Procedure. i. The Policy Committee shall develop and approve policies and procedures on the following topics, including but not limited to:  Data distribution or disclosure to non-Members, including policies to protect the privacy of individuals  Data licensing  Freedom of Information requests  Data security ii. The policies and procedures shall be consistent with this Agreement. iii. Individual Consortium Members shall distribute GIS data only consistent with the policies and procedures developed under this Agreement.

The policies and procedures shall be consistent with this Agreement. iii3. Individual Consortium Members shall distribute release or sell GIS data only consistent with the policies and procedures developed under this Agreement.
