Common use of Policy Actions Clause in Contracts

Policy Actions. The Borrower shall (a) ensure that all policies adopted and actions taken under the Program, as set forth in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix prior to the date of this Loan Agreement, shall continue to be in effect for and beyond the duration of the Program, (b) promptly adopt and implement the policies and actions included in the Program as set forth in the Policy Letter and the policy Matrix, and (iii) make submissions to ADB on the completion of actions under the Policy Matrix by reference to the indicators set out in the Policy Matrix.
