Policy Amendments. Contracting Parties and Guests must comply with the Terms and Conditions and the House Rules. Although ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ does its utmost to provide Contracting Parties and Guests with as complete and accurate information as possible, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to amend or revoke the policy or procedures in this Accommodation Agreement without notice. Amendments apply 24 hours after the Contracting Party/Guest has been informed by e-mail of any amendments. Care is taken to ensure that all information is correct at the time of publication. Policy Amendments. EWSHosting reserves the right to amend its policies at any time. All sub-networks, resellers and managed servers of EWSHosting must adhere to the existing EWSHosting policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate cancellation. In the event that the Lead Regulator advises CDNX that a Commission objects to a Policy Amendment that would otherwise be approved by the Primary Regulators in accordance with the oversight program, such Policy Amendment will not take effect in the objecting Commission’s jurisdiction until such time as the Lead Regulator advises that the objection has been withdrawn. 4. Notwithstanding section 1, CDNX may make a Policy Amendment: (a) if that Policy Amendment involves only (i) the correction of mistakes with regard to spelling, punctuation, grammar, inaccurate cross-references or other similar merely typographical errors; (ii) stylistic reformatting, including in regard to headings and paragraph numbering; (iii) non-material amendments required to ensure consistency between CDNX policies and rules and applicable securities legislation or securities directions; or (iv) other non-material amendments agreed to by the Lead Regulator; or (b) if CDNX determines that the Policy Amendment is of an urgent nature, in which case: (i) prior to publishing the Policy Amendment, CDNX will notify the Lead Regulator, (ii) CDNX may immediately proceed to institute and publish the Policy Amendment, and (iii) CDNX will concurrently send the Policy Amendment to the Primary Regulators advising that the Policy Amendment has been published and requesting the Primary Regulators to review and approve the Policy Amendment. CDNX will also send a copy of the Policy Amendment concurrently to every other Commission addressed to the persons identified in Appendix C. 5. A Policy Amendment that is published in accordance with paragraph 4 (b) will cease to have any force and effect: (a) in all CPC Jurisdictions on the earlier of: (i) the date of receipt by CDNX of a notice of objection from the Lead Regulator on behalf of the Primary Regulators, or (ii) the 60th day following publication, if the Primary Regulators have failed to approve the Policy Amendment. Policy Amendments. Process requests for additions or deletions to policies within five (5) business days of receipt. Provide City with copies of initial correspondence to the insurers. Follow up every two (2) weeks from request date until the insurer has handled request. Advise in writing of any changes to insurance policy(ies) within fourteen days. Provide, on renewal and upon request, participants in each coverage program, and notify within five (5) business days of any participation changes.

Policy Amendments. In consideration of the policy premium and notwithstanding any inconsistent statement in the policy to which this endorsement is attached or any other endorsement attached thereto, it is agreed as follows:

Policy Amendments. At the request of the Employer or the Union, the parties shall meet to discuss proposed amendments to the Workplace Harassment Policy. Any agreed to amendments shall take effect when ratified by the principals of both parties. In accordance with Article 15 of the collective agreement, the Workplace Harassment Policy forms part of the collective agreement. Agreed to by the parties on May 11, 1998, updated March 2002. Currently there are four part-time Employees working in the bargaining unit. These part-time Employees are scheduled to work one guaranteed 12-hour shift as a Saturday overnight per four-week period. All additional shifts beyond the regularly scheduled shift are compensated as per Schedule “A” of this collective agreement. The parties agree that article 26.05 through to 26.09 remain in force and effect except as modified by agreement or through the letter of understanding for the period of time it is in force and effect. Job share Employees are not subject to this letter of understanding. The call formula will distribute additional shifts for qualified Employees as follows:  Saturday Shift week 1, priority call in for all available shifts from 9:00 am Monday to Monday at 9 am commencing week 3 and second on call week #1  Saturday Shift week 2, priority call in for all available shifts from 9:00 am Monday to Sunday at 9 pm commencing week 4, and second on call week #2  Saturday Shift week 3, priority call in for all available shifts from 9:00 am Monday to Sunday at 9 pm commencing week 1, and second on call week #3  Saturday Shift week 4, priority call in for all available shifts from 9:00 am Monday to Sunday at 9 pm commencing week 2, and second on call week #4 In the event a part-time Employee does not pick up a shift on the designated additional shift week, it will be assigned on the basis of seniority to other part-time staff first, and then job share Employees, then casuals before being offered to other bargaining unit Employees.
