Policy and Group Grievance. OECTA has the right to file a policy grievance or group grievance on behalf of two or more Teachers who are similarly affected as a result of an alleged violation of the Collective Agreement. The Board has the right to file a policy grievance. Any policy or group grievance must be filed within twenty (20) days of the event which gave rise to the grievance or within twenty (20) days of the time when the Party should reasonably be expected to be aware of the relevant facts. Such grievance shall be filed at Step One by either Party. In the case of the Board, such grievance shall be filed with the President of the Local Unit of OECTA. At Step Two, the Board's Grievance Committee shall present its grievance to the Local Unit of OECTA Grievance Committee.
