Common use of Policy Application Clause in Contracts

Policy Application. Deputy’s Fair Use Policy applies to all Customers and all Subscription Types and is intended to ensure that the availability of the Deputy Application to all Customers and that the Deputy Application is not subject to an Unreasonable Use. Deputy reserves the right to vary the terms of the Fair Use Policy at any time and from time to time without notice. The Customer must not engage in any Unreasonable Use of all or any part of the Deputy Application and must ensure that there is no Unreasonable Use of the Deputy Application by the Customer.
