Common use of POLICY CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

POLICY CONDITIONS. All policies under (a) and (b) above shall: (i) be written by insurance companies with an A.M. Best’s rating of A:VIII or higher (or if Connetics’ or its sublicensees policies are not subject to the Best rating, then by carriers who are acceptable to Genentech); and (ii) add Genentech as an additional insured.
