Common use of Policy Dialogue Clause in Contracts

Policy Dialogue. The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Cluster Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

Policy Dialogue. The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Cluster Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

Policy Dialogue. The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views onon issues related to structural adjustment, sector issuesmacroeconomic management, socially inclusive development, and governance and public administration reforms and ensuing policy reforms and institutional reforms, and additional reforms during the Program Cluster Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

Policy Dialogue. The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Cluster Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy MatrixProgram.

The Borrower shall cause the State to keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower State and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Cluster Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy MatrixMatrix and in the formulation and implementation of new related policies, and keep the Borrower informed.

The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms arising during the Program Cluster Period implementation of the Program, the PPMF and the TA Project, that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issuesissues related to structural adjustment, macroeconomic management, socially inclusive development, and governance and public administration reforms and ensuing policy reforms and institutional reforms, and additional reforms during the Program Cluster Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, on sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms arising during the Program Cluster Period implementation of the TA project, that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

Policy Dialogue. The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Cluster Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies the Program. Furthermore, the Borrower shall continue policy dialogue with ADB on problems and actions set out in constraints encountered during implementation of the Policy Letter Program and the Policy Matrixon appropriate measures to overcome or mitigate such problems and constraints.

The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms arising during the Program Cluster Period implementation of the Program, the Project, and TA project, that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Cluster Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy MatrixProgram.

The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Cluster Period period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Cluster Period period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter Letter, the Policy Matrix and the Policy MatrixNational Action Plan for Fiscal Decentralization.

The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues(a) the implementation of the various anti-crisis measures adopted under the Program, policy reforms and (b) additional reforms arising during the Program Cluster Period period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms arising during the implementation of the Program Cluster Period and the TA Project, that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

Policy Dialogue. The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Cluster Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix. The Borrower shall continue timely policy dialogue with ADB on problems and constraints encountered during implementation of the Program and on desirable changes to overcome or mitigate such problems and constraints.
