Common use of Policy Modifications Clause in Contracts

Policy Modifications. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or designee may modify these criteria after notifying the UFF Chapter of the proposed changes and offering an opportunity to discuss them in consultation with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or designee. Changes shall not become effective until one (1) year following adoption of the changes, unless mutually agreed to in writing. However, faculty undergoing a post-tenure review within the subsequent five (5) years after the policy is modified may choose to be evaluated using the then existing or newly modified policy. Thereafter, only the new criteria will apply.
