Policy or Group Grievance. Where a dispute involving a question of general application or interpretation occurs, or where a group of Employees in the Union have an identical grievance, it may be submitted at Stage Two of the grievance procedure. Such grievances must be submitted within ten (10) working days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance.
