Common use of Policy Regarding Rollover Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Policy Regarding Rollover Acceptance. The Plan Administrator, operationally (except as to In-Plan ▇▇▇▇ Rollover Contributions under Section 3.08(E)) and on a nondiscriminatory basis, may elect to permit or not to permit Rollover Contributions to this Plan (even if the Plan is a Frozen Plan) or may elect to limit an Eligible Employee’s right or a Participant’s right to make a Rollover Contribution. The Plan Administrator also may adopt, amend or terminate any policy regarding the Plan’s acceptance of Rollover Contributions. If the Employer in its Adoption Agreement elects to permit In-Plan ▇▇▇▇ Rollover Contributions, the Plan Administrator will administer In-Plan ▇▇▇▇ Rollover Contributions in accordance with Section 3.08(E) and the Employer’s Adoption Agreement elections. The Plan Administrator’s policy shall be subject to the operational capabilities of the Vendor.
