Polling place. The multi-purpose room in City Hall serves as a polling place for the City. The room has a double-leaf door and each of the leaves is 30 1/2 inches wide. Provide one door leaf with a minimum clear opening of a least 32 inches with the door open 90 degrees, measured between the face of the door and the opposite stop, or ensure that the doors remain propped open during all polling activities and post a permanent sign that meets the requirements of the Standards advising people with disabilities that the ranger is available to open the door.   • Scope and Order Placement These terms may be used by Customer either for a single Order or as a framework for multiple Orders. In addition, these terms may be used on a global basis by the parties’ “Affiliates”, meaning any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with a party. The parties can confirm their agreement to these terms either by signature where indicated at the end or by referencing these terms on Orders. Affiliates participate under these terms by placing orders which specify product or service delivery in the same country as the HP Affiliate accepting the Order, referencing these terms, and specifying any additional terms or amendments to reflect local law or business practices.

  • Stop Transfer Order In furtherance of this Agreement, concurrently herewith, the Stockholder shall, and hereby does authorize the Company or its counsel to, notify the Company's transfer agent that there is a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Subject Securities (and that this Agreement places limits on the voting and transfer of such shares); provided that, the stop transfer order shall not restrict or prohibit any Transfer of the Subject Securities if such transfer is made pursuant to the Offer or such Transfer is made at any time following the Expiration Date.
