Port Types. BA shall make available to ETC unbundled 2-wire analog line and 2-wire analog trunk Ports and unbundled Switching Elements, as required by the FCC Regulations, on the terms and conditions specified herein and on such other terms in applicable Tariffs that are not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth herein. BA will offer ETC Ports and unbundled Switching Elements that utilize other technologies as they become available, upon a bona fide request by ETC.
