Common use of Port Types Clause in Contracts

Port Types. BA shall make available to MFS unbundled 2-wire analog line and 2-wire analog trunk Ports on the terms and conditions specified herein and on such other terms in applicable Tariffs that are not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth herein. BA will offer MFS Ports utilizing other technologies as they become available, upon bona fide request by MFS.
