Portable Device. You may install another copy of the software on a portable device for use by the single primary user of the licensed device.
Portable Device. Form or as may be updated by Provider in the Membership Agreement, to each Member to track the daily activity of such Members. All obligations with respect to delivery and use of the Portable Devices shall be subject to the Membership Agreement.   • Safety Devices All Products provided under the Contract shall be equipped with required safety devices to comply with all applicable codes, laws, and regulations that are in effect at the time of delivery.

  • Device In this agreement, “device” means a hardware system (whether physical or virtual) with an internal storage device capable of running the software. A hardware partition or blade is considered to be a device.

  • Video Display Terminals ‌ The Employer shall ensure that any new office equipment or facility required for use in conjunction with VDTs shall meet the standards recommended by the Workers' Compensation Board.
