Position and Start Date. 2.1 You shall be employed on a part-time basis as Chief Financial Officer and shall report to the Chief Executive Officer. You are expected to work 10 hours a week for the Corporation. Your duties shall include those set out at Schedule A. The Corporation may change your duties from time to time consistent with your position without having any effect upon any other term of the Agreement. 2.2 Your employment with the Corporation pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall commence August 16, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) and will continue until the Agreement is terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 hereof (the “Term”). 2.3 The Corporation has an accommodation process in place that provides accommodation for employees with disabilities.
