POSITION CLASSIFICATIONS Following agreement on job descriptions. (a) The Company shall prepare a proposed position classification as provided for in the "S.E.S." software and in accordance with the requirements of this Article. (b) The Company and Union Position Evaluation Representatives shall review the position classifications and attempt to reach agreement subject to the approval of the Company and Union Position Evaluation Board of Adjustment. (B.O. A.). The Company and the Union representatives shall each retain a copy of the agreed to classifications. (c) Positions are to be placed at the appropriate level in each factor considering the requirements of each position.
