Common use of Position Descriptions Clause in Contracts

Position Descriptions. (a) A Nurse shall have access to a copy of her or his current position descriptions. (b) Copies of all current position descriptions shall be forwarded to the Union upon signing of this agreement. Thereafter, all new and revised position descriptions shall be provided to the Union within fifteen (15) days of revision.
