Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) The Executive will be appointed as Executive Vice President, U.S. Commercial, effective November 20, 2023. The Executive understands and agrees that it is expected that the Executive will be required to travel extensively (including internationally) in connection with the performance of her duties hereunder. (c) Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Executive (i) shall not have authority to bind TPI or any of its non-U.S. subsidiaries and (ii) shall be subject to such further restrictions as to her activities on behalf of TPI or its non-U.S. subsidiaries as may be determined by TPI from time to time.
