Common use of Position Limit Clause in Contracts

Position Limit. GCG reserves the right to limit the number of positions which may be opened or maintained by the Client in his account. We also reserve the right to decline to accept any additional orders after the limit has been exceeded, and to liquidate all or part of the surpassed positions thereafter.
