Common use of Position with the Company Clause in Contracts

Position with the Company. Employee will serve as General Manager of the Company and Executive Director of the Group Companies and will perform such duties and responsibilities of an Employee nature or a similar nature as the Company and its parent companies, subsidiaries and other affiliates (the "Group Companies") may assign to him/her from time to time. The place(s) of Employee's work will be Weifang, Shandong Province, PRC and he is expected to travel on business from time to time.
