Common use of Positions and Duties Clause in Contracts

Positions and Duties. Executive will continue to serve as Senior Vice President, Commercial and Business Development. Executive will continue to render such business and professional services in the performance of his duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to him by the Company’s Board.

Executive will continue to render such business and professional services in the performance of his duties, consistent with Executive’s position positions within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to him by the Company’s BoardCEO. The period Executive is employed by the Company under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term”.

The period of Executive’s Boardemployment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term” and shall run from the Effective Date until March 5, 2012.
