Common use of Positions and Duties Clause in Contracts

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom Executive will report. The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Head of Research of the Company. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom . Executive will reportreport to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom Executive will report. The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Positions and Duties. As Effective as of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as Senior Vice President and President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom Executive will report. The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Positions and Duties. Executive will serve as the Senior Vice President – Sales of the Company. As of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s his duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to Executive him by the Company’s Chief Executive OfficerCEO, to whom Executive will which he shall report. The period of Executive’s at-will employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s his duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to Executive him by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom Executive will report. The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment TermBoard.”

Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom Executive will report. The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term”.”

Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive OfficerCEO, to whom Executive will report. The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s his duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will shall reasonably be assigned to Executive him by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom Executive will reportBoard of Directors (the “Board”). The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s 's position within the Company, as will shall reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom Executive will report. The period of Executive’s at-will employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive OfficerPresident and CEO, to whom Executive will report. The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”
