Positive Work Environment. 26.01 27.01 The Employer and the Union agree to abide by the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code in order to provide a discrimination and harassment free work environment 27.02 The Employer and the Union are jointly committed to re-integrating employees who have suffered a permanent full or partial injury or illness, back into the workplace. The Employer will work with the employee to identify work suitable for that employee returning to work and requiring accommodation.
