Common use of Possession and Control Clause in Contracts

Possession and Control. Between the date hereof and the Closing Date, Buyer shall not directly or indirectly control, supervise or direct, or attempt to control, supervise or direct, the business and operations of the Station, and such operation, including complete control and supervision of all programming, shall be the sole responsibility of the owners of the Station. On and after the Closing Date, Seller shall have no control over, or right to intervene, supervise, direct or participate in, the business and operations of the Station.

Possession and Control. Between the date hereof and the Closing Date, Buyer shall not directly or indirectly control, supervise or direct, or attempt to control, supervise or direct, the business and operations of the StationStations, and such operation, including complete control and supervision of all programming, shall be the sole responsibility of the owners of the StationStations, except as contemplated by the LMA Agreement after the Non-License Transfer. On and after the Closing Date, Seller Sellers shall have no control over, or right to intervene, supervise, direct or participate in, the business and operations of the StationStations.

On and after the Closing Date, Seller shall have no control over, or right to intervene, supervise, direct or participate in, the business and operations of the StationStations.
