Common use of Possession and Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Possession and Enjoyment. From and after the installation and acceptance by Lessee of each Equipment Group in accordance with the terms of this Lease Agreement, Lessee shall have the quiet use and enjoyment of such Equipment Group, and Lessee shall during such Lease Term peaceably and quietly have and hold and enjoy such Equipment Group, without suit, trouble or hindrance from Lessor, except as expressly set forth in this Lease Agreement. Lessor will, at the request of Lessee and at Lessee's cost (such cost to be reasonable), join in any legal action in which Lessee asserts its right to such possession and enjoyment to the extent Lessor lawfully may do so.
