Common use of Possession and Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Possession and Enjoyment. The Lessor covenants that the Lessee, upon making the payments and performing the conditions and covenants prescribed herein, shall have peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the leased premises. It is agreed that by occupying the premises, that Lessee accepts the premises and acknowledges that they are in the condition called for in this lease, and that all conditions precedent to Lessee's occupying the premises have been fulfilled by Lessor.
