Common use of Possession and Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Possession and Enjoyment. Lessor hereby covenants with respect to the Property, to provide Lessee during the Term with quiet use and enjoyment of the Property, and Lessee shall during the Term peaceably and quietly have and hold and enjoy the Property, without suit, trouble or hindrance from Lessor, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
