Possession and Maintenance. Possession and maintenance of any acquired property are the responsibility of the Administrative Municipality A Shellfish Conservation Warden or Wardens shall be contracted to enforce the Ordinance and perform such other duties as specified in the Warden's job description. The Warden shall be assisted as the need dictates by all other municipal law enforcement agencies as well as other County and State law enforcement agencies as appropriate.
