The 'Possession and working right' clause defines the rights of a party, typically a tenant or contractor, to enter, occupy, and use a property or site for specific purposes such as construction, maintenance, or operation. This clause outlines when and how possession is granted, any conditions or limitations on access, and the scope of activities permitted on the premises. For example, it may specify that possession is granted only after certain preconditions are met, or that the right to work is limited to designated areas. Its core function is to clearly establish when and how a party can take control of a site, thereby preventing disputes over access and ensuring that both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding the use of the property.
Possession and working right. During the currency of the Option, the Optionee shall be the exclusive operator of the Property and shall have the exclusive working right to enter on, have exclusive and quiet possession thereof and conduct exploration, prospecting, development and any other operations on the Property as the Optionee in its sole discretion may decide, including but not limited to the right:
(a) to erect, bring and install on the Property all buildings, plant, machinery, equipment, tools, appliances or supplies as the Optionee shall deem necessary and proper; and
(b) to remove from the Property reasonable quantities of rocks, minerals, ores, metals, diamonds and other gems, and to transport them for the purposes of sampling, metallurgical testing and assaying.

During the currency of the Option and subject to the terms of the Exploration Management Agreement entered into concurrently with this Option Agreement between the Optionee and GeoXplor Corp., the Optionee shall be the exclusive operator of the Property and shall have the exclusive working right to enter on, have exclusive and quiet possession thereof and conduct exploration, prospecting, development and any other operations on the Property as the Optionee in its sole discretion may decide, including but not limited to the right:

Subject to the exercise of the first tranche of the Option, between January 31, 2008 and December 31, 2008 (the "Option Period"), COLT shall be the operator of the Property and shall have the working right to enter on and conduct exploration and any other operations on the Property as COLT in its sole discretion may decide, including but not limited to the right:
(i) to erect, bring and install on the Property all buildings, plant, machinery, equipment, tools, appliances or supplies as COLT shall deem necessary and proper; and
(ii) to remove from the Property reasonable quantities of rocks, minerals, ores, metals, diamonds and other gems, and to transport them for the purposes of sampling, metallurgical testing and assaying.
