Common use of Possession by the Allottee Clause in Contracts

Possession by the Allottee. After registration of sale / conveyance deed and handing over physical possession of the plot to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, to the Allottees.

After registration of sale / conveyance deed and handing over physical possession of the plot flat to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the Allotteesassociation of the Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After Consequent to receipt of the total price and upon execution and registration of sale / conveyance deed the Sale Deed and handing over physical possession of the plot subject to the Allotteesclause 7.2 above, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over physical possession of the plot the Allottee, along with all the necessary documents and plans, pertaining to the Allotteestitle of the plot and the plans (layout / zoning) to the Allottee.
