Common use of Possession by the Allottee Clause in Contracts

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the Completion Certificate or partial completion certificate, as the case may be, and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the Association of the allottees or to the Competent Authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the Completion Certificate or completion certificate/partial completion certificate, as the case may be, certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment apartments to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areasCommon Areas, to the Association of the allottees or to the Competent Authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the Completion Certificate occupancy certificate, the completion certificate, the partial occupancy certificate or the partial completion certificate, as the case may be, for the Said Phase and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the Association association of the allottees Allottees and/or Association or to the Competent Authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the Completion Certificate or partial completion certificate, as the case may be, certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment apartments to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areasCommon Areas, to the Association of the allottees or to the Competent Authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the Completion Certificate or partial completion certificate, as the case may be, * and handing over physical possession of the Designated Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the Association association of Allottees or the allottees or to the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable local laws: Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the Promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of Allottees upon its registration or the competent authority, as the case may be, after obtaining the completion certificate.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the Completion Certificate full or partial completion certificate, as the case may be, Completion/ Occupancy Certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, areas/ common parts and facilities to the Association association of the allottees Allottees on its formation or to the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the Completion Certificate or partial completion certificate, as the case may be, and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Country Home to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER to hand over the necessary documents and plansdocuments, including common areas, to the Association of Maintenance agency as nominated by the allottees or to the Competent Authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable lawsPROMOTER/ DEVELOPER.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the Completion Certificate or partial completion certificate, as the case may be, and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Developer to hand over the necessary necessary- documents and plans, including common areas, to the Association of or the allottees or to the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the Completion Certificate or partial occupancy certificate, the completion certificate, as the case may be, for the Said Project and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the Association association of the allottees Allottees and/or Association or to the Competent Authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the Completion Certificate or partial completion certificate, as the case may be, certificate and handing over physical possession of all the Apartment apartments to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the Association association of the allottees Allottees or to the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable local laws. Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the Promoter shall handover the necessary document and plans including common areas, to the association of Allottees (upon its registration) or the competent authority, as the case may be and after obtaining the completion certificate.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the Completion Certificate or partial certificate /partial completion certificate, as the case may be, certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartment, to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Developer to hand over handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, areas to the Association association of the allottees Allottee on its formation or to the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the Completion Certificate or partial completion certificate, as the case may be, and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Country Home to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER to hand over the necessary documents and plansdocuments, including common areas, to the Association of Maintenance agency as nominated by the allottees or to the Competent Authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable laws.PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER

After obtaining the Completion Certificate or partial completion certificate, as the case may be, and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Country Home to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plansdocuments, including common areas, to the Association of Allottees or the allottees or to the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable laws.

After obtaining the Completion Certificate completion certificate (or partial completion certificate, such other certificate by whatever name called) as issued by the case may becompetent authority, and handing over physical possession of all the Apartment Apartments to the Allotteesrespective allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areasthe Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities, to the Association association of the allottees or to the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable local laws.

Possession by the Allottee.
