Common use of Possession by the Allottee Clause in Contracts

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupation certificate/part occupation certificate of the Building in respect of the Project and handing over the physical possession of the Said Independent Floor alongwith parking to the Allottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, and Common Areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be as provided under Rule 2(1)(f) of Rules, 2017.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupation certificate/part occupation certificate of the Building building blocks in respect of the Project and handing over the physical possession of the Said Independent Floor alongwith parking Apartment to the Allottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, and Common Areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be as provided under Rule 2(1)(f) of Rules, 2017be.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupation certificate/part occupation Occupancy Certificate or Completion Certificate or such other certificate of by whatever name called issued by the Building in respect of competent authority under the Act for the Project and handing over the physical possession of the Said Independent Floor alongwith parking Apartment to the Allottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the handover necessary documents and plans, and including Common Areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be be, as provided under Rule 2(1)(f) of Rules, 2017.per the local laws:

After obtaining the occupation certificate/part occupation certificate of the Building building blocks in respect of the Project and handing over the physical possession of the Said Independent Floor alongwith Apartment for residential usage along with parking to the AllotteeAllottee(s), it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, and Common Areas common areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be as provided under Rule 2(1)(f) of Rules, 2017.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupation certificate/part occupation certificate of the Building in respect of the Project and handing over the physical possession of the Said Independent Floor alongwith for residential purpose along with parking to the Allottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, and Common Areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be as provided under Rule 2(1)(f) of Rules, 2017.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupation certificate/part occupation certificate of the Building in respect of the Project and handing over the physical possession of the Said Independent Floor alongwith for residential purpose along with parking to the Allottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, and Common Areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be as provided under Rule 2(1)(f) of Rules, 2017.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupation certificate/part occupation certificate of the Building building blocks in respect of the Project Commercial colony and handing over the physical possession of the Said Independent Floor Unit alongwith parking (if applicable) to the AllotteeAllottee(s), it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, and Common Areas common areas to the association of allottees (subject to formation of association of allottees) or the competent authority, as the case may be as provided under Rule 2(1)(f) of Rules, 2017.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupation certificate/part occupation certificate of the Building building blocks in respect of the Project and handing over the physical possession of the Said Independent Floor alongwith parking Apartment for residential usage along with basement & parking(s) to the AllotteeAllottee(s), it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, and Common Areas common areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be as provided under Rule 2(1)(f) of Rules, 2017.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupation certificate/part occupation certificate of the Building building blocks in respect of the Project Commercial colony and handing over the physical possession of the Said Independent Floor alongwith Unit for Commercial usage along with parking (if applicable) to the AllotteeAllottee(s), it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, and Common Areas common areas to the association of allottees allottee’s or the competent authority, as the case may be as provided under Rule 2(1)(f2(1) (f) of Rules, 2017.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupation certificate/part occupation certificate of the Building building blocks/Towers in respect of the Project Group Housing colony and handing over the physical possession of the Said Independent Floor Unit/Apartment for Residential usage alongwith parking to the AllotteeAllottee(s), it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, and Common Areas common areas to the association of allottees Allottee(s) or the competent authority, as the case may be be, as provided under Rule 2(1)(f) of Rules, 2017.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupation certificate/part occupation certificate of the Building building blocks in respect of the Project and handing over the physical possession of the Said Independent Floor alongwith parking Apartment to the Allottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Developer to hand over the necessary documents and plans, and Common Areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be as provided under Rule 2(1)(f) of Rules, 2017.
