Common use of Possession for Fit Clause in Contracts

Possession for Fit. out:- In case the allottee seeks permission for carrying out Fit- out within his apartment, he will be permitted to do so only upon receiving the completion certificate (or at least after application for grant of CC is made) and upon payment of the entire consideration and Extras and Deposits as provided herein. During this time the allottee will not be entitled to live in the apartment till Occupation certificate or Completion Certificate or Partial Occupation Certificate or Partial Completion Certificate as the case may be, is received and Deed of Conveyance is executed and registered.

Possession for Fit. out:- Out: In case the allottee Allottee seeks permission for carrying out Fit- out Fit-Out within his apartmentApartment , he will be permitted to do so only upon receiving the completion certificate (or Completion Certificate(or at least after application for grant of CC is made) and upon payment of the entire consideration and Extras and Deposits as provided hereinherein and also the requisite Stamp Duty and Registration charges payable on registration which shall be kept deposited by the Developer in a designated Account till registration. During this time the allottee Allottee will not be entitled to live in use the apartment Apartment, till Occupation certificate or Completion /Completion Certificate or Partial Occupation Certificate or Partial Completion Certificate as the case may be, is received and Deed of Conveyance is executed and registeredexecuted.
