Possession of Assets. The Company represents and warrants that, to its knowledge, its title to its assets has never been disputed or questioned; nor does the Company know of any facts by reason of which the possession or title of its assets might be disturbed or questioned or by reason of which any claim to its assets might arise or be set up adverse to the Company.
