Possession of Servicing Files. The Servicing Files relating to any Mortgage Loans purchased by Purchaser hereunder or pursuant to a duly executed Commitment Letter shall be retained by the Servicer in accordance with the terms of the Residential Servicing Agreement and, as provided therein, shall be appropriately identified in the computer system and/or books and records of the Servicer, as appropriate, to clearly reflect the sale of the related Mortgage Loan to the Purchaser.
